Returns You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Refunds Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size or design, please contact us at support@record7.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at support@record7.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund the item(s) at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Some items are non-returnable, such as custom or personalized orders. We will let you know if your item(s) are non-returnable at the time of purchase.
